The new update of PlayStation Portable (PSP) firmware contain Skype feature. Once patched, the Skype option shows up under Network. You can register new Skype account using the PSP and make a your call almost instantly. A good alternative to make a free calls while travelling.

Requirements for Skype on PSP System:

  • PSP-2000 system
  • PSP Headset
  • PSP Headphones with Remote Control
  • Wireless Internet connection environment (Wi-Fi)
  • Memory Stick Duo on which Skype application software is saved
  • Firmware 3.90 (or later)
